Today I will share some information of our advantage of our product including switch, socket, distribution box and MCB, comparing with some of our competitors.
Quality control system
JUNON company quality control is involve from the whole process of input and output, from the first step, our quality control is involved through the evaluation of the model, the verification of the trial production, eliminate the possible weaknesses of the product at the begging. Next is from the material control to production process control, and then to the product out of the warehouse, the entire production link, the product quality were strictly controls by our QR. We aims to do it right for the first step, thus, all employees participate in quality.
JUNON switch & socket company’s other out sanding point is our labor, we had two labor with many advanced testing equipment, our excellent testing engineers able to use them to ensure our product meet safety requirements and meet customer requirement at the same time. Of course, our engineers will also assess the possible damage might be causing by transportation.
During the switch and socket producing process, from the injection molding, stamping, automated assembly are produced by our own company. Thus, we are able to control our product quality in many different aspects.
Some well know brand company, they are relaying on the OEM or the ODM model for their product. The benefit is it able to help a company reduce their risk and cost. However, at the same time it is hard to ensure product quality. This is our JUNON switch & socket company’s advantage.
From the perspective of materials, our products also have certain advantages.
The most important part of a switch product is the connection material. The common connection materials such as AgNi alloy, silver cadmium oxide silver tin oxide etc. Our company are currently using the material with good resistance to fusion welding, the silver indium tin oxide.
Why is the material so important?
We know that most of the lamps on the market are LED lamps, and the biggest feature of LED lamps is that the starting current is very large. If the connection material’s quality is not very well, it could cause fusion welding. Currently some manufacturing are using AgNi alloy, silver cadmium oxide and other materials which might cause the fusion welding.
And our product there is a 0.3mm -0.4mm thicker silver layer for our switch contacts, to ensure the wear resistance of the switch to a certain extent to avoid the temperature increase due to premature wear occurs.
Our switch also has a novel structure, a strong disengagement and structural compensation, which makes the switch durable. After using the switch product for certain of period, there will be some wear of the product. The contacts pressure between the contacts will become smaller. This phenomenon can be overcome if the design of the structure of the switch is compensate. In order to stop the temperature increase too high, for this point most of the product at the market is hardly to achieve it.
