Introduction of the new movable socket housing material
The housing of JUNON Company’s new movable socket adopts Grade V0 fireproof material (PP) to prevent fire hazards
PP: (polymer polypropylene) generally refers to polypropylene
Polypropylene is a polymer formed by addition polymerization of propylene. It is a white waxy material with a transparent appearance, and it is light. PP is one of the three general plastics. It has many advantages such as good comprehensive mechanical properties, non-toxic, light weight, corrosion resistance, good electrical properties, easy processing, and easy recycling. It can resist corrosion of acid, alkali, salt solution and various organic solvents under 80℃. Polypropylene is widely used in chemical industry, chemical fiber, construction, light industry, packaging and other fields.
Electronic and electrical industrial devices
Modified polypropylene can be used to make insulating shells of household appliances and inner tanks of washing machines, and is generally used as insulating material for wires, cables and other electrical appliances. Like JUNON new movable socket, the housing is made of PP. Polypropylene composite material has high toughness, its impact strength is as high as 210J/m, has high gas barrier performance, and the water vapor transmission rate is close to 2000g•μm/(m2•24h).
The new movable socket housing uses Grade V0 fireproof material (PP) to avoid fire and ensure the safety of people's lives and property.
