1, the impact of ambient temperature on low-voltage electrical appliances

These low-voltage electrical appliances are designed and manufactured in accordance with GB1497 "Basic Standards for Low-Voltage Electrical Appliances", and their normal working conditions are specified: the upper limit of ambient air temperature does not exceed 40 °C; the average value of ambient air temperature of 24 h does not exceed 35 °C; The lower limit of the ambient air temperature cannot be lower than -5 ° C or -25 ° C.

Solution: Improve the environment next to the distribution box so that the temperature is within the specified range.

2, the circuit breaker can not be closed

Cause: The closing button is in poor contact; the control circuit fuse burns out; the circuit breaker does not store energy; the closing electromagnet is broken; the closing electromagnet controls the power supply voltage to be less than 85%.

Solution: Replace the undervoltage coil again; confirm that the control loop is normal and there is no short circuit and replace the fuse; control the power supply voltage within ≥ 85%; replace the closing solenoid.

3, product quality

Because the construction period of the distribution box required is short, the supply time required by the lighting distribution box factory is urgent, so there is a phenomenon that the quality of the product is not strict, which causes some products to fail soon after they are put into operation. If some types of AC contactors are not put into operation after the switchboard is put into operation, the contactor closing coils will burn out and cannot operate normally.
